We serve families throughout Metro Vancouver, travelling directly to your home. Our service area is divided into three zones.
Care comes first. We sort the rest after.
We never want travel costs to get in the way of finding the right support for your family. That's why your first visit is always on us — and if you join a care package, travel is included for good.
No matter where you are in Metro Vancouver, your first in-person visit has no travel charge. Come meet us — the conversation costs nothing.
When you're on a monthly care package, travel is always included — every visit, every zone, no exceptions.
Standard travel rates · one-time visits after your first
Burnaby and adjacent areas within roughly 15 km.
Vancouver, New Westminster, Coquitlam, and nearby.
Richmond, North Vancouver, and the wider Metro Vancouver region.
Travel charges cover the trip to and from your home for each visit. Visit time is billed separately per your service agreement.
